Excellence Appliance Repair was built around one idea: the person who diagnoses your appliance should be the person who repairs it, and the price you are quoted should be the price you pay.

The way we work

Every repair happens in the room the appliance stands in. There is no workshop to leave your appliance at and no queue to wait in – a technician comes to you, inside a two-hour arrival window, with the parts that most often fail on your specific model already on the van.

Every visit follows the same sequence. Test it properly, on readings and on the record the appliance has kept, rather than on assumption. Give one price that covers the part and the work. Get your approval. Only then does the appliance come apart.

What makes us different

We diagnose before we quote. The difference between a $90 part and a $600 one is often a single reading. Swapping parts until something works is fast for the technician and expensive for you.

We say no when we should. Where a repair runs past half the price of a comparable new machine and yours is already beyond two thirds of its service life, we advise replacement instead. We would rather lose one job than sell you a part you should not buy.

We take built-ins seriously. Column refrigerators, integrated dishwashers, wine cabinets and professional ranges are core work for us. Taking a panel-ready unit out of fitted cabinetry without leaving a mark is unhurried work, and we do not hurry it.

No weekend surcharge. Saturday and Sunday cost the same as Tuesday. Appliances do not fail on a schedule and we do not price as though they do.

Our technicians

Our people are trained on the brands they service and hold EPA certification for sealed-system refrigeration work. They carry manufacturer documentation and diagnostic tooling for the twenty-four brands we support, from Whirlpool and GE to Thermador, Wolf, Miele, Liebherr and La Cornue.

They also carry an instruction that matters more than any of that: explain what failed and why, in plain language, before quoting anything.

Where we work

South Florida – Boca Raton and Miami Gardens – and Greater Houston, covering Spring, Stafford, Rosenberg and Fulshear. Same standards, same warranty and the same flat-quote policy in both markets.
